The tasks of the client were to create modern, high-quality appartments with maximum efficiency and functionality.
We developed a mix of maisonettes and 1-3 room appartments with balconies and backyards.
The ground floor which is orientated to the small street is opened to the public space to include it, on the inner side there are private gardens.The facades are inspired by the surrounding colours of the turn-of-the-century houses.
