The heritage - protected `Wimmgut´ at the western part of the site forms the entrance of this ensemble. Starting from there the residential buildings and the senior citizens´ residences were placed next to each other along the nordern border. With their arrangement they are building the new `Dorfplatz´. Important for our design was to create detailed buildings with small dimensions and setbacks which are blending in the grown structure of the urban surrounding. This arrangement guarantees all appartments visual relations to the public area. For that reason the appartments are arranged in a cluster with a central common living room with a familiar ambience.
