Due to these general conditions a compact building with a green atrium, surrounded by the reception, conference room, office and storage areas was planned. The atrium should give the possibility for meeting the customers. The long bay windows of the conference room look out on a biotope, extending up to the entrance, which is accessed via a wooden ramp.

The choice of the materials must answer their sustainable visions, the bricks are beeing produced in the neighbour village and the wood originates from the local sawmill. Wood is used for all kind of functions - for instance infront of the storage´s semitransparent wall of hollow chamber profiles.
