The building, constructed in the sixties, reveals plenty of historical and structural changes in the recent decades. At present our task is to improve and enlarge the spacial situation of the growing family.
To preserve the surrounding an upper level was developed. Due to a short construction time the whole upper floor is a prefabricated timber construction - the ecological footprint should be minimized. The existing timber parts were reused and all other parts integrated to new building processes by selling or giving away. The intentional cuttings of the form arrange the facade and allow private outdoor spaces as well as following building hights by law.
Because of geopoitical crisis the house´s fate again ended in just small adaptations.
