Three apartments are built inside the existing roof space. The area at the street side had a spectacular, ancient construction. The 3d- space structure can be experienced. The outside colours and materials must be adapted to the historic parts.
The part in the courtyard is quiet and provided with terraces. There the callenge was to match the administration conditions for fire escape.
