The architectural concept emerges from the tension between its integration into the landscape and its sculptural presence: a monolithic exposed concrete cube. This cube serves as the central element, reduced in form and materiality. The clear concrete sculpture deliberately contrasts with the natural surroundings, while the extensive green roof and restrained building height ensure a sensitive integration into the landscape.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A monolithic exposed concrete cube combines living and working.
