The result became fourteen owner-occupied flats with flexible apartment layouts to make it possible for owners to create new room arrangements in the future, if necessary. <\/p>\n\n<p>To accommodate flexible floor plans in the five-story residential building for Immover GmbH, a more complex construction with two fixed wet area zones was required. In the heart of the city, we aimed to bring a touch of greenery.
