The small-scale row house development, consisting of six low-energy consumption townhouses, seamlessly integrates into the existing village structure at its outskirts.
Despite a tight budget, the housing cooperative was able to implement functional floor plans with innovative spatial concepts for the new residents. The projections and recesses above the entrances create differentiated open spaces and structure the façade. These overhangs simultaneously provide a carport situation and define the entrance area.
To create a semi-public zone for the residents, the façades facing the street remain closed, while they open up through the living areas towards the private and tranquil rear gardens.
